This is a healthy tasty & quick breakfast.This is very easy to prepare & can be prepared by kids easily.
moreover it is a healthy & nutritious breakfast.
This is good for diabetic patients.
Ingredients:
1 cup- rava
1/2 cup dahi
1/2 cup fresh coconut
2 onions chopped
1 tomato chopped (optional)
1 tsp green chilli coarsely grind
1/2 cup coriander leaves (kothimbir)
1 tsp sugar
Salt as per taste
Method :
- Mix rawa & dahi finely in a bowl.
- Add salt & sugar .Next add fresh coconut ,chopped onion, tomato,chilli paste,chopped kothimbir.Add litte water to adjust consistency of batter
- Grease pan with little oil & spread a laddle of the batter prepared above.
- Cover with lid & cook for 2 minutes.
- Next remove lid & turn the utapam & add 1 tspn oil from sides.
- Again Cover with lid & cook for 2 minutes till it turns golden brown.
- Serve with green chutney /ketchup
Tip
You can add buttermilk instead of curd
