Lemon juice diluted with water can be very beneficial for pregnant women; it actually helps build the bones in the unborn child. Lemon juice also has potassium, which the health benefits are that they help the brain and nerve cells. Believe it or not lemons and in turn lemon juice also contain calcium, which is great for your bones and teeth. Fresh Lemon Juice
1tsp ginger juice
1/2 tspn elaichi powder
salt for taste
Method:
- Mix Lemon 3 T spoon juice in 1 glass water .
- Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and pinch of salt .
- Add 1tsp ginger juice & 1/2 tsp elaichi powder for taste .
- Stir it well.
- Add some ice cubes while serving .
- Decorate with a lemon wedge
Tip /Variation :
You can add half glass of sprite to above lemon juice & add few fresh mint leaves to garnish ( skip water in that case)
You can even add black salt / pepper powder
