KESARI KABAB STOVE TOP METHOD|Gajar paneer kabab without microwave

Vow the name itself sounds interesting.believe me the recipe also turns out to be equally delicious. This recipe is highly nutritive especially for kids .this can be used as a starter or even u can prepare it for kids party......last weekend I tried this recipe & it turned to be delicious..

Its made from carrots & hence the name kesari kabab.

Ingredients

1 cup - grated carrot (gajar)
1cup - grated panner
3-4 tsp - breadcrumbs
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
2-3 tsp - maida
pinch -sugar
pinch -pepper powder (optional)
pinch - orange food colour
salt -as per taste
oil -for frying




STUFFING
  3-4 tspn roasted cashewnuts
mint chutney  -as per requirement.


Method:
1.Squeeze excess water from grated carrots.
2.Mix  carrots ,grated panner,breadcrumbs,green chillies,maida,,salt,sugar,pepper powder,food colour & make a dough.
3 Grind pudina (mint),coriander leaves, salt,lemon juice,chili in a blender & prepare chutney.pls note dont add much water the chutney should be slightly dry not watery.
4 Mix chutney with roasted cashews.this is our stuffing for kabab.
5. Make a ball of the dough prepared in step 2. with finger make a hollow impresssion  in the centre of the ball to make a space for stuffing.
6  Add stuffing in the centre & again cover the ball so as to form a kabab.dip the kabab in maida paste ( water * maida) & roll the kabab in breadcrumbs.


7 Deep fry the kabab till golden brown in oil .you can evn shallow fry .
8 Serve with pudina dahi chutney or tomato ketchup

Tip

You can even roll the kabab in cornflakes mixture ( finely crushed cornflakes )& the deep fry them for more crispier kababs
