Mixed flour laddu |Mishr peeth ladu | gahu jowar bajari nachni flour laddo




 


Mix flour ladoo is good healthy option to try out. It is packed with many nutrients like carbohydrates, fats, proteins, iron, calcium etc

Mixed flour laddo are not only tastes good, but is also a healthy snack. This ladoo is simple and easy to make &also delicious

This is my mausis recipe . She has used the readymade flours which are readily available in market
These laddo are made using Bajari flour(millet) flour  ,Nachni (ragi) flour/ Finger Millet,Jowari (sorghum) flour,soyabeen flour ,wheat flour
.
Ingredients:
Bajari flour(millet) flour  - 1/2 cup
Nachni (ragi) flour/ Finger Millet flour - 1/2 cup
Jowari (sorghum) flour - 1/2 cup
Soyabeen flour - 1/2 cup
wheat flour (kanik) - 1/2 cup
small semolina /barik  rava (sooji)-1/2 cup
powdered sugar or peethi sakhar- 2 cup ( or to suit your taste)
Elaichi powder - 1 tsp
nutmeg (jaiphal) - powder - 1 tsp
melted unsalted Butter or ghee - 1.5 cup
almonds - 3 tbsp (split or coarsely crushed)
Desi Ghee -  (3/4 cup)
Cashews - 2 table spoon.
Raisins - 2 table spoon.
Pistachios - 1 table spoon.


Method:

1.Heat ghee in a pan .roast dry fruits and keep them a side .

2. In same ghee Dry roast all the flours separately until they are brown and  you get a soothing aroma from them.take care when roasting as  burnt flours will result in bitter tasting ladoos.

3. mix roasted flour in a bowl & allow  to cool

4. add powder sugar ,nutmeg (jaiphal)  powderand elaichi powder to roasted flour mixture & mix well  till completely blended .add melted ghee if required.


 5  add roasted dry fruits  to the flour mix .The mixture to make Ladoos is ready.

6.Take a small portion of mixture in your hands and press it with both hands to give it a desired shape (small round balls is the most preferable shape).


7 Repeat same process with the whole mixture and your mixed dal flour Ladoos are ready.
