This chaat recipe is a medley of two recipes ie aloo tikki & spicy chole
last week had made extra chole specially for this recipe

The fusion of spicy chola,crisp aloo tikki , the chutneys , onion, along with that crispy sev on the top makes it an all time favorite indian street chaat.

Ingredients
1 bowl Chole (pls click here for recipe)
7-8 Aloo Tikkis/potato pattice (pls click here for recipe)
1/4 cup red chilli powder
1/4 cup jeera powder
1/4 cup chaat masala/black salt
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped coriander
1 bowl Date and Tamarind Chutney (pls click here for recipe)
1 bowl Green mint coriander Chutney(pls click here for recipe)
1 cup sev
Method :
1.In a plate add 1 big spoon full of hot steaming chole .next press hot aloo tikkis on top of chole

2.Now add 2 tablespoons of Date and Tamarind Chutney in such way it spreads all around. Add 1 tablespoon of green chutney in the similar manner
3.Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped onion, sev and coriander. Spinkle Chaat Masala/black salt, jeera powder and Red chilli powder. you can even squeeze lemon juice if you like

4.Make the remaining tikkis in a similar manner and serve hot.
