Amla Chutney is very tasty. I had seen this on a gujrati channel cookery show .
It can be eaten with samosas, kachoris or pakoras. This chutney is very nutritious when eaten during meals everyday. It improves stomach digestion and removes iron deficiency in the blood.

Ingredients
Amla (awala -gooseberry ) — 3-4
Green coriander(dhaniya) — 3/4 cup
Green chillies — 2 to 3
Jeera (cumin) – 7 to 8
gul (jaggery) - 1 tsp
Salt add to taste
Method:
1.Wash then cut Amlas and remove their seeds.
2.Wash coriander and green chillies and chop them into big pieces.
3.Make a fine paste of all ingredients in a mixer .
4. Tasty khatti mithi nutritious Amla Chutney is ready
