Ingredients:

100 gms Jeera (cumin seeds)
A pinch of salt


Method :

1. Clean the cumin seeds for any impurities.

 

2.In a skillet (tava / kadhai) add the cumin seeds and roast at low flame till fragrant and dark brown color.

3. Remove from the heat and let them cool completely.



4. Grind into a fine powder using a mixie .

5. Store in a airtight container.
