My husband likes Bhindi unlike me. I am not a fan of Bhindi but i have to make it for him .So i keep on searching for various bhindi recipes.however I can eat Bhindi which has a slightly cripsy taste .Yest while watching master chef -3 the participants had to make navratna thali in which One team had made cripsy bhindi which sanjeev kapoor liked very much.Perfect & crisp bhindi is one which will make kurkurit noise when you break it into half says master chef
That episode inspired me to make this amazing Crispy bhindi – Crispy Okra Recipe.
