Who can resist fresh fruit smoothies. They come with the whole package, fresh fruit, milk, yogurt and not to mention lots of sugar.
Ingredients
Strawberries - 8-10
Yogurt(Curd-dahi ) - 1 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 3-4 tsp(adjust according to your liking)
crushed or cubed ice
Method:
1 Chop the strawberries into small pieces and blend it to a smooth paste in mixer.
2. Then add sugar and yogurt ,milk and blend again till a creamy smoothie consistency is reached.
3. Pour into individual glasses .Serve Chillied! Garnish with chopped strawberry and ice cubes or crushed ice
Tips:
- You can skip milk and make it entirely yogurt smoothie.
- You can also add 1 banana and blend it together and serve it chilled.
- You can replace sugar with honey.
- You can dry roast 1/4 cup oats,powder them in mixie & grind them in above smoothie to make strawberry oats smoothie
