This mango smoothie recipe is thick, creamy and enormously satiating. This makes a very satisfying meal at any time of day.
This is an ultra-simple smoothie; those of you who frequently make smoothies for breakfast probably try versions of this all the time. But if you don't make smoothies very often (I don't) then give this super-quick, super-easy smoothie a try.
It's icy cold, and not too sweet, but very refreshing. All that yogurt is cool and tangy, and a good ripe mango provides all the sweetness you need.
this is an easy recipe , just blend mangoes with chopped almonds with some sugar and little milk or water .thats it… to make it more thinner you can add ice cubes while blending.
April , may being the season of mangoes in india. Many indian varieties are found in market .I have used badami mango but you can use any variety like alphonso (hapus) mango

1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into a few chunks
10-12 almonds soaked in water
1 cup whole-milk yogurt
2-3 tsp sugar ( use as per your taste)
1/4 cup milk
ice cubes
Pinch of cardamom (optional)
Garnish
mango cubes or mango juice
almond slices
Ingredients :
1.Soak almonds in a water for about 30 minutes. peel and chop the mangoes .
2. Add the chopped mangoes, almonds, sugar and ice cubes in a blender.Blend till smooth.
3.Next add milk & yoghurt .Blend all ingredients in a blender until very smooth and frothy.
4. Refrigerate milk shake for at least half hour and serve chilled.
5.Garnish with almond & mango cubes or mint and drink immediately while still very cold!
TIPS:
1 Add cardamom powder to above recipe
2.You can add some freshly whipped cream to add more richness to the smoothie.
