Ingredients:
Oats - 1/4 cup
Dates - 4
1 banana
Milk - 1 cups
almonds -3-4
yoghurt(dahi/curd) - 1/4 cup
Method:
1.Dry roast oats till a nice nutty aroma comes. Chop banana ,almonds and dates roughly.
2. Grind oats, almonds, dates ,banana with milk,yoghurt until a creamy consistency is reached,Refrigerate for 30mins and Serve chilled.
3.Garnish with dates or almonds and serve with ice cubes.
Variations:
You can add any fruit of your choice and blend it with oats.
Add a pinch of elaichi powder or nutmeg (jaiphal) powder to above milkshake
