An interesting side dish for the main course .Basically I am not a Bittergourd (karli in marathi or karela in hindi ) lover ,but love these sun dried chips .
My mom had got these Karli chips when she had come to hyderabad .These chips take me back to my childhood days when my grandmother used to make these in summer days (walvan) .
This recipe comes from my mom. this can be served as a tondi lavna with dal rice & pickle.
