Aloo toast sandwich - chaat style| Mumbai grilled sandwich

This is  a  easy ,quick sandwich recipe great to have as a quick breakfast, snack or brunch which needs no green chutney .You can use leftover aloo paratha stuffing or even prepare fresh stuffing. This can also be made using batata wada bhaji stuffing.pls click here for mumbai wada pav bhaaji recipe .
You can boil potatoes in advance & keep in fridge so that u can make potato masala in just 5 minutes. you can make these sandwiches with either brown bread or white bread. I always use SPENCER brown bread, as obviously its a healthier option than white bread.
