Paneer bhurji recipe | indo chinese matar panir bhurji



Paneer bhurji is one of the easiest & simplest paneer recipes that can be made with less effort and time. This is recipe when u are confused which vegetable to cook ? This can be a perfect lunch box idea. Even your kids would love it.
  I made this with home made  paneer! Its a versatile recipe ,you can be creative with this recipe, try adding peas or carrot or  change around the masala powders  like using pav bhaji masala , you use and experiment with adding different vegetables.
I gave a twist to paneer bhurji by adding kasuri methi & soya sauce.



Ingredients :

Paneer cubes-2 cups
Onion- 2
Tomato - 1
Capsicum-1
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Dhaniya/ coriander seeds powder-1 tsp
Green chillies-2
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves, finely chopped- 2 tblsp
1 pinch kasoori methi
Oil /butter - 1 tblsp



Ingredients:
1. Crumble paneer into pieces in a mixie.
2.Heat a pan with oil add finely  ginger garlic paste ,onion, and green chillies. Fry till transparent and add the chopped capsicum tomatoes ,peas .cover & cook till tomatoes are soft .



 3.Fry for a minute and add  all the powders and give it a quick stir without burning them. Add  soya sauce , salt and cook for 2 minutes 
4.Now  add crumbled paneer and mix well. lastly add crushed kasuri methi & Fry for 2 minutes or until dry and add the lemon juice and mix well. 





5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or naan /any stuffed parathas too.


Tip
1.If using frozen paneer either thaw it to room temperature or  keep immersed for 10 minutes in hot water . Drain the water completely and crumble it in a mixer.
