Black grapes Lassi | Angoori Lassi |Chilled Grape Yogurt Drink



A fruity twist to normal sweet lassi .Must try atleast once .Prepared this terrific lassi on thursday being husbands fast (upwas) Black grapes blend very well with curds and also provide lots of fibre. Lassi is an excellent thirst quencher during the summers. Use fresh low fat curds and really sweet grapes for this refreshing drink.




Ingredients

2 cups black grapes
1 cup fresh low fat curds (dahi)
1/4 cup low fat milk
4 tsp sugar /honey
ice-cubes, to serve
1 tsp cumin powder for garnish


Method :
1.Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer.Chill in fridge
2.Pour into tall, chilled glasses. garnish with chopped grapes,ice cubes  and a sprinkling of cumin powder and serve! SERVE IMMEDIATELY
That's it ! Enjoy this cold treat on a hot afternoon and enjoy summer!! 



Tip

1.You can even use green grapes for the lassi.
