Red mooli raita | Pink mooli ka raita

Mooli ka Raita is healthy indian raita, prepared by mixing yogurt and radish.

Mooli Raita or Radish Raita is a refreshing accompaniment that goes well with parathas.
This goes well with spicy and hot  dishes, but you can serve it like any other raita or eat it as a salad.

And If you make it with a bunch of red radishes or pink raddish, this dish looks beautiful!

Radish or Mula (in Marathi) or Mooli (in Hindi) is a vegetable which many people  avoid due to its strong smell but you  can definitely try this raita

Todays mulya che raite OR Muli cha raita  is   Maharashtrian style of making it which is simple & no spices added to it except green chillies & tempering (phodni).

I have not added tempering as i was in a hurry but u can add it

If you like you can add a pinch of jeera powder, red chilli powder ,chat masala ,pepper powder & black salt to above raita to make it in the north indian style

You can even check kashmiri style mooli raita known as munj chetin by clicking here
