Ingredients:
Carrot 2 (small)
Orange 2
Ginger A small piece
Sugar/honey As needed
Method
1 Peel off the skin of orange and wash and clean carrots and slice them roughly. Place them in blender with ginger and grind smoothly.
2. Strain in a metal strainer and serve immediately.
3. Serve this healthy drink immediately. You can blend it with few ice cubes if you want it cold.
