Mashed potatoes 2-3
Sabudana flour - 1/2 cup
Crushed chillies - 1 tsp
salt -as per taste
Filling for kachori
Wet coconut /desicated coconut - 1cup
Poppy seeds/khuskhus - 1tsp
sugar -1 tsp
Dryfruits crushed coarsely - 2 tsp
Sesame seeds (til)- 1 tsp
salt as per taste
Method
- Dry roast all ingredients of filling in a kadhai & let it cool down.
- Mix cover ingredients & knead to form a soft dough.
- Take a small ball of potato dough & flatten it on palms .Next with the help of thumb make it hollow from inside in the form of a cup where you can place stuffing.
4 Next place a portion of stuffing in cup & cover from all sides to make a round ball
