MASALA DAHI /SPICED YOGHURT (HOTEL STYLE)

I had tasted this masala dahi with Aloo paratha in a restaurant since then I prepare this masala dahi at home which can be eaten with paratha or it tastes great even by its own.




Ingredients:

Curd (yoghurt/dahi)  1 1/2 cups (home made dahi / readymade)
Red chilli powder 1 tea spn
Chat masala 1 tea spn
Peper powder 1/2 tea spn
Cumin (jeera) powder 1 tsp
1 tsp sugar
Salt a pinch





Method:

Mix all the ingredients well and serve with any kind of hot  paratha.
