Crispy Bhindi | Kurkurit bhendi recipe | crispy okra fry

My husband likes Bhindi unlike me. I am not a fan of Bhindi but i have to make it for him .So i keep on searching for various bhindi recipes.however I can eat Bhindi which has a slightly cripsy taste  .Yest while watching  master chef -3 the participants had to make navratna thali in which One team had made cripsy bhindi which sanjeev kapoor liked very much.Perfect & crisp bhindi is one which will make kurkurit noise when you break it into half says master chef

That episode inspired me to make this amazing Crispy bhindi – Crispy Okra Recipe.

Crispy Bhindi or Crispy Okra recipe is a simple recipe yet very delicious and crispy. Crispy Bhindi or Crispy Okra is also done quickly.hubby liked this Crispy Bhindi  and we ate with Chappatis accompanied with Dal and Rice & cabbage sabji.

You can have this lovely crispy fried Bhindi (Ladyfinger or Okra) as a side dish, or just as an appetizer.

Coriander (dhane) powder – 2 tsp
Amchoor powder – 1 tsp
pepper powder ( optional) - 1 tsp

Method

   1. wash bhindi & wipe it with a towel ,keep under fan for drying ,let it dry completely.

   5. Heat the oil in a skillet. Once hot, add the Bhindi in small batches of a handful each time.

  5.  Take out on a tissue paper to soak excess oil.

6.sprinkle little chat masala or amchur on crispy bhindi . Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
