Pomegranate juice |Dalimbacha (anar) juice

Thirsty? Instead of reaching for pop or syrupy juice, which are high in empty calories and unhealthy ingredients, turn your tongue onto a healthier beverage, such as  Pomegranate juice

Pomegranate juice is powerful. Research shows the ruby nectar is packed with antioxidants that may help prevent inflammation, heart disease, lung cancer and prostate cancer. So have a glass a day!

health benefits of anar juice

Another interesting study has evaluated pomegranate juice and osteoarthritis. The juice tends to act as an inhibitor on enzymes responsible for damaging cartilage. Some research has shown that this juice may work as a blood thinner, and it may be an excellent agent for promoting blood flow to the heart. It also has been shown to reduce plaque in the arteries, and to raise “good” levels of cholesterol while helping lower “bad” cholesterol. This preliminary research suggests that the juice may be helpful in preventing heart disease, heart attacks and stroke

Pomegranate juice is made from the fruit of the pomegranate. It is used in cooking both as a fresh juice and as a concentrated syrup, particularly in Persian cuisine.

POMEGRANATE is known as DALIMBA in MARATHI & ANAR in HINDI.My dalimba was slightly pinkish in colour hence the juice has a pinkish tinge .
