salt to taste

Seasoning/tadka (optional)
1 tsp oil
5-6 curry leaves

Method
1.Saute chopped simla mirchi in 1 tsp oil. be careful not to burn the bell pepper .saute it on medium heat so that it shouldnt loose green colour.
2. First grind the dahalya in mixer to powder.
3. Next grind remaining ingredients in mixie without water. If required add little water.
4. Seasoning is optional .heat oil in a pan  & fry curry leaves & add to chutney .I had not done seasoning .I served the chutney as it is in a beautiful basket made out of green capsicum/bell pepper
