Arvi Suran Tikki| Arbi cutlet for upwas (fasting)

Bored of eating potato during fasting /upwas days .This falahari Arvi Suran Tikki - cutlets is  a good option for those who feel bloated after eating potato on vrat days .

For binding purpose you can add rajgira / singhada / upwas bhajani /sabudana flour to above tikki.

Also you can make these cutlets by using only arvi  or a combination of arvi ,suran (yam /elephant foot ) ,potato (optioanl) & sweet potato (ratala) .you have to boil all of these for making these  cutlets
I had made them using arbi & suran
