Black grapes sherbet | black grape fizz drink |black grapes limca drink |black grapes seven up party juice

The lovely deep purple colour is enough to entice one and all to go for it. Delicately flavoured with roasted cumin powder and black salt, this black grape fizz soda drink is sure to perk you up on a hot summer afternoon.

Ingredients

1 cup black grapes
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 pinches black salt (sanchal)/chat masala
1 cup crushed ice
1 bottle seven up / limca /sprite cold drink /any aerated drink with lemon flavour


Method :
1.Combine the black grapes with 1/2 cup of water in a mixer and blend to a smooth juice. Strain the juice.
2.Combine cumin seed powder and black salt with the strained black grapes juice .
3.In each rock glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice. Pour 1/4 quantity of black grape juice  over crushed ice.
4.Next add seven up / sprite /limca cold drink  to fill the entire glass. Serve immediately.

VARIATION
1. You can replace seven up with coke / thumsup .
2. You can even replace cold drink with chilled cold water.
