How to roast sabudana chikodi in microwave


Nowadays many people are calorie & diet conscious so they prefer less oily foods .In india you will find papad as a common side dish in many states right from North to south
We have many varieties of papad made from urad dal ,moong dal,sabudana ,rice ,nachni ,jowar,potato etc. 



Chikodi is a type of papad made in maharshtra from sago or sabudana

It is eaten during fasting /vrat /upvas but it tastes yummy even on normal days & normally it is eaten as a side dish with main meal

Normally these chikodi are deep fried in oil .So many people will try to avoid eating fried chikodi due to deep frying
But today I am going to tell you a method which uses zero oil for roasting chikodi in microwave & they taste even better than the fried ones .

You can use this method for roasting any papads.

Method:

1.Place the
chikodi  on the base of turn table (plate) side by side.take care they do not overlap each other


2.Close the oven door.Now select microwave mode  & use the highest power.


3.Set the timing for seconds & press start button.After 30 seconds open door & get hot roasted
chikodi without using a single drop.

4.If chikodi is not done after 30 seconds than you can microwave it for another 10 seconds
