A tasty maharashtrian recipe made with green chillies and yoghurt
Ingredients :
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 inch Ginger paste
4 Green chilies
Salt to taste
Method :
1.Roast the green chilies over direct flame and crush them.
2.Mix together the yogurt, chilies, ginger paste and salt.Garnish with coriander leaves
3.Serve with plain rice and dal.
VARIATION
1.Give tadka using rai ,oil,hing & jeera to above recipe
