Crispy Paneer Fingers|Spicy Panir finger pakoda|Tava paneer fry


This is a perfect starter or appetizer  or an evening snack .The paneer in this dish is crispy outside and soft inside .a perfect attraction for kids also.










  


Ingredients:

    Paneer                              -  250gms

     Soya sauce                          -  1 tbsp

     Red chilly powder                  - 1 tsp

     Corn flour                           - 2 tbsp

     Maida                                - 2 tbsp

     Pepper                              - ½ tsp

      Red chilli flakes             - 1 cup

     tomato sauce                 -    2 tbsp

      Oil to fry

      Salt to taste




Method:

1.     Chop paneer to finger size thin slices.

2.     Marinate  Paneer with  red chilli flakes ,  Soya sauce   , tomato sauce for 5 minutes.





3.   In a small bowl, prepare batter with corn flour, maida, pepper ,red chilli powder and salt.



4.  Coat the paneer with this batter and deep fry until golden brown.drain on kitchen paper towel .

 
5.    Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
