Mooli ka raita | radish raita |mulyachi koshimbir marathi style

Mooli ka Raita is healthy indian raita, prepared by mixing yogurt and radish.Mooli Raita or Radish Raita is a refreshing accompaniment that goes well with parathas.

This goes well with spicy and hot  dishes, but you can serve it like any other raita or eat it as a salad.  And If you make it with a bunch of red radishes, this dish looks beautiful!

Radish or Mula (in Marathi) or Mooli (in Hindi) is a vegetable which many people  avoid due to its strong smell but you  can definitely try this raita

Todays mulya che raite  is   Maharashtrian style of making it which is simple & no spices added to it except green chillies & tempering (phodni)

If you like you can add a pinch of jeera powder, red chilli powder ,chat masala ,pepper powder & black salt to above raita to make it in the north indian style

You can even check kashmiri style mooli raita known as munj chetin by clicking here
