Mango lemonade recipe | Ripe mango sharbat

Summer being at its peak  my attempt is to make a summer cooler drink daily & hence i keep on searching for cooler recipes .

Summer is also synonymous with fresh, juicy mangoes ,.I have already tried kairicha panha & when I came across this lemonade made from ripe mangoes cudnt stop myself from trying it .
what better way to beat the heat than with cold refreshing fruity drink? This recipe is a cool, fruity twist to the traditional lemonade or mango drink.

So after strawberry lemonade & mango kulfi my next venture was mango lemonade

Ingredients:

1-2 ripe mango (piklela  amba) - about 1 cup pulp
½ cup sugar (adjust quantity as per mango taste)
    2 cups cold water
   Juice of 1 lemons
  pinch salt

Method:

1.Make sugar syrup by boiling a cup of water with the sugar and stirring until it dissolves. Keep aside and bring it to room temperature.

    2. Remove skin of mango cut into pieces & grind it to pulp in a mixer grinder. Now add remaining water & salt & blend it in mixer

3.In a big container now stir the sugar syrup, mango juice and juice of lemons. Add cold water if required depending upon your taste

4.Serve cold by topping with ice.

Tips :
  • If in hurry add Mango juice to readymade lemonade /sprite / limca
  • use readymade mango pulp instead of fresh mangoes
  • Add ice cubes only while serving otherwise your juice can get diluted
