Orange and Kiwi juice is good for the breakfast menu as its quite filling with lots of nutrients. Orange Kiwi Introduction
Vitamin C helps the body maintain healthy tissues and a strong immune system, and it aids in the absorption of iron. Vitamin C is considered a powerful ally if you're trying to avoid or kick a cold or other illness. Together with calcium and iron, it's also an important part of a diet that counteracts lead poisoning.

Kiwi -- the fruit, not the bird that's the national symbol of New Zealand -- is rich in vitamin C. One medium kiwi contains 70 mg of the nutrient and 46 calories.
Who doesn't want an injection of acidic orange when in need of a vitamin C boost? You're justified. One medium orange contains 70 mg of vitamin C and 62 calories.

Ingredients
1 orange
1 kiwi
1/2 cup raw mango boiled (you can even use ripe yellow mango pulp /juice)
squeeze of 1/2 lime juice
2-3 tbsp sugar syrup
pinch salt

METHOD:
1.Mix sugar with equal amount of water & prepare sugar syrup by boiling till sugar dissolves in water.keep aside to cool.
2.Peel the orange, remove seeds (otherwise juice will taste bitter) but keep as much pith on as possible.
3. Peel the skin of the kiwi as this removes the bitter taste.

How To Prepare  /peel a  Kiwi
Kiwi fruits have quite a strange looking brown skin. When they are ripe and ready to eat they should be firm, yet with a little bit of yield. If they are too soft, they are overripe. They should feel firm yet yield a little when pressed, similar to a tomato. To prepare, simply slice off each end of the kiwi, and then using a knife just peel all the skin. Then slice them horizontally.

4.Cut the kiwi into slices, and divide the orange into segments.Peel raw mango & boil in cooker for 2 whistles
5.First juice the oranges in a mixer . Next juice mango in mixie. Then juice the kiwis in a separate glass .Add half of sugar syrup to individual orange & kiwi juice, mangojuice.
6.Take a glass add mango juice at bottom.Next add orange juice.Gently add the kiwi  juice to your orange juice.
7. This way the kiwi stays at the top. it looks nice, and don't stir it before drinking.
