People love strawberry because of its juiciness and unique flavor, and chocolates because of its yummy taste. Besides being tasty, both are having lots of nutritional values.

Strawberries are low in calories and fat, and also naturally high in vitamin C, fiber, folate, potassium and antioxidants.

Many people are unaware of the fact that chocolate, which is the most craved food because of its aroma and taste is also capable to boost up your heart health, lower the blood pressure, lower the cholesterol, etc.

Ingredients
    Large bar of chocolate
    2 tsp milk
    Strawberries 1 small box
Roasted nuts ( almonds or cashew or walnuts)

method:

1      melting chocolate in double boiler

  •  Prepare a double boiler , by placing a small sauce pan/ bowl in a pan of hot water.Fill the   bottom pan with 2 inch of water and allow it to boil. Reduce to simmer.
  •  Break the chocolate pieces into small equal pieces and add them to the small sauce pan which you have kept in big pan.
  •  Once the chocolate begins to melt , add 2 tsp milk ,stir gently with a silicon spatula. When the chocolate is nearly melted, turn of the gas and keep them aside.
  •  Temper the chocolate by stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes until fully melted and glossy. Make sure there are no lumps or air trapped to distract the texture of the chocolate.

2.next  line a baking tray with baking paper and keep it aside.

3.Wash all strawberries and dry them out nicely.prick a tooth pick or small fork in strawberry.this will help you to dip strawberries in chocolate

4.Dip one-third of strawberries into chocolate and place onto tray.you can even cover whole of the strawberry with chocolate Repeat the process with remaining berries.

5.Add the sprinkles or dry fruits at this time before the chocolate hardens. Get creative! The more personal you make your strawberries the better! Feel free to use your creativity!

6. Lastly, keep it in refrigerator until it is set.

TIPS

1.  Melting chocolate in microwave

Break the chocolate in to small chunks and place in the microwave for about one minute or until the chocolate has almost melted, give the chocolate a stir to help any remaining chunks melt, this will help the chocolate to melt without making it to runny and thin. Any more remaining chunks will need another blitz in the microwave.

2.You can decorate them by sprinkling pista or dessicated coconut
