UPWAS SHENGDANA LADOO| Fasting (Vrat) Peanut Coconut Laddu



This is a simple & easy to make dish which can be prepared very quickly.As a kid I used to finish these ladoos in a jiffy



Ingredients:

1/4 cup roasted ground peanuts,(shengdana kut)
2 tbsp grated jaggery,
1 tbsp fresh grated coconut,
1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional),


Method

1.Combine all the ingredients mentioned above and mix well with hands.

2.Form into balls of desired shape. Serve fresh or refrigerate for no more than 2 days.


Tip

1.They are good to increase haemoglobin in blood .
2.They can be eaten during fasting
